I am finalising this newsletter the morning after England knocked out of the World Cup. I don’t really follow football (too much arrogance, money and arguing and cheating for my taste!) but like many others I engaged with the relative success of this young team, and much to admire about the Manager with his quietly thoughtful, nurturing and visionary approach – perhaps offering some leadership lessons for us all to learn!

The year just seems to fly by, and Christmas is almost upon us once again – so firstly Seasonal Greetings to you all from Andy, Andrew, Michaela & Orietta.
